The story of Villa CampoAmor
A piece of the Mediterranean in South Moravia is the villa CampoAmor in Pasohlávky... a swimming pool under a palm tree, a lake in sight, vineyards all around. A place where comfort, fun and the joy of being together meet.
The story of the CampoAmor villa began a few years ago with a trip to Spain, which took place not long after the decision to purchase a property that would serve as a good investment, but also as an occasional escape from everyday reality. In Spain, we were welcomed by acquaintances at their holiday home in the town of Campoamor, where we were warmly looked after. They showed us around the area and real estate agencies. Although we fell in love with the idea of a Mediterranean atmosphere after a few hours of flight and even for a month at a time, practical thinking prevailed. And so, although we attended more real estate meetings in the following days and drove along the coast from Alicante to Malaga, we ultimately backed down from our plans. But the town of Campoamor remained in our hearts so much that its name could not be forgotten in this story. And we kept looking… Italy around Lake Garda? Beautiful. The Austrian Alps? Also tempting. But it still wasn't the same… everything was a bit out of hand.
And then we came across a development project in Pasohlávky, which has been close to us since childhood. Here we remember our first family vacations together at the campsite, evening tours of the disco in the parking lot in front of the campsite as "teenagers" and the long persuasion of our parents to let us go there. And swimming in the lake, which seemed like the sea to us, we had never seen before. Crawling into the tent in the evening, and when it rained, sometimes really hard, especially not touching its walls, was a problem. Of course, we had to try that a few times. At the time, we had no idea that this was the "prelude" to this story.
It was as if it just fit together. The developer drew inspiration from Italian villas and built a project that literally breathes a Mediterranean atmosphere on you. And that's when it all hit home. After all, Pálava has everything we're looking for. Sun, lake, wine, peace and life.
This is how Vila CampoAmor was created. A building with a holiday soul that can accommodate 12 guests... ideal for three families. Two cots can also be arranged on request. Four bedrooms upstairs, a spacious living room on the ground floor, a kitchen with a dining room that can accommodate a larger group and a swimming pool like in a seaside garden.
Vila CampoAmor is a place where Mediterranean inspiration meets the magic of South Moravia. And we believe you will love it as much as we did.

Return to the roots
We kept looking. Italy near Lago di Garda? Beautiful. The Austrian Alps? Tempting. But everything was a bit out of hand. And then we came across a project in Pasohlávky – a place that has been part of our memories since childhood.
We remember family vacations at the campsite, evening visits to the disco in the parking lot and long persuasions from our parents to let us go there. Swimming in the lake, which at the time seemed like the sea. The tent, the rain and the ban on touching wet walls – which we of course broke several times. At that time, we had no idea that all this was the beginning of another story.
The moment it all clicked together
The developer drew inspiration from Italian villas and created a project that literally breathes a Mediterranean atmosphere. And that's when it hit us. Pálava has everything we were looking for – sun, lake, wine, peace and life.
It was close. It was familiar. And yet it had a vacation feel. Suddenly we knew we didn't have to fly hours to find our own piece of the Mediterranean.
